Job summary

Eskola, LLC is seeking a General Superintendent (New Production & Reroof) to oversee all field production operations for commercial roofing projects in the San Antonio/Schertz area. This leadership role focuses on supervising Production Superintendents, planning, scheduling, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial roofing, hands-on experience with roofing systems, strong OSHA safety background, and the ability to manage multiple teams on large

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Superintendent experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across commercial roofing and reroofing projects.
• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Production Superintendents and roofing teams.
• Conduct jobsite visits, safety audits, and quality inspections.
• Participate in bid reviews, Field Hand-Off Meetings, and Rev Ex meetings.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and project close-out, including warranties and as-built drawings.
