Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead commercial roofing crews across multiple jobsites in Wisconsin. You will schedule, supervise, and verify workmanship to meet project specifications and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial roofing experience and at least 2 years of supervisory responsibility. You will train crews on safety, coordinate inspections, and manage field documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Production foremen to train roofing field staff with an emphasis on safety and employee development.
• Maintain documentation of projects, identifying variances, monitor expenditures and implement corrective action when necessary.
• Coordinate inspections from manufacturers and governing authorities, as needed.
• Communicate with Operations Manager regularly on work progress.
• Conduct materials inventory as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
