Eskola, LLC is seeking a General Superintendent (New Production & Reroof) to oversee all field production operations for commercial roofing projects in the San Antonio/Schertz area. This leadership role focuses on supervising Production Superintendents, planning, scheduling, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across commercial roofing and reroofing projects.
• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Production Superintendents and roofing teams.
• Conduct jobsite visits, safety audits, and quality inspections.
• Participate in bid reviews, Field Hand-Off Meetings, and Rev Ex meetings.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and project close-out, including warranties and as-built drawings.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and southeastern U.S. since 1972. We're seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our growing team as a General Superintendent (New Production & Reroof).

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing and directing all field production operations related to commercial roofing and reroofing projects, with a strong emphasis on supervising and developing Production Superintendents, strategic operational planning, workforce coordination, and overall project execution. The General Superintendent collaborates closely with Project Managers, Estimators, Branch Leadership, and field personnel to support project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, safety compliance, quality control, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning abilities while fostering a culture centered around safety, accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality workmanship.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily field operations across commercial roofing and reroofing projects
• Provide direct supervision, leadership, and mentorship to Production Superintendents and roofing teams
• Conduct jobsite visits, safety audits, and quality inspections
• Participate in bid reviews, Field Hand-Off Meetings, and Revenue Excellence ("Rev Ex") meetings
• Manage documentation, reporting, and project close-out, including warranties and as-built drawings

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing; Superintendent experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal, etc.)
• Strong safety management background, including OSHA standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and large-scale roofing projects
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Nice to Have

• OSHA 30-hour card or roofing manufacturer certifications
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
