You will coordinate with project teams, foremen, and labor crews to ensure on-time, on-budget completion while teaching best practices for roofing installation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of foreman or superintendent experience in commercial roofing.
• Experience managing roofing field workers and coordinating crews.
• Knowledge of most common roofing systems and products; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crews follow OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Perform quality control on roofing work.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and project teams.
• Maintain daily on-site reporting and multi-job supervision.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Manage labor scheduling, materials, and inventory for multiple sites.
