This full-time role requires OSHA 30, strong leadership and scheduling, and excellent customer-service skills to serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project and ensure on-time execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading foremen and crews on commercial roofing projects.
• OSHA 30-hour card and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field staff and visit job sites daily to ensure safety and quality.
• Coach and develop foremen, conducting performance reviews and advancement.
• Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination across active jobs.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the project.
