TeamCraft Roofing Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead the local branch operation in Virginia Beach, overseeing field crews, bidding work, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities include estimating, project management, scheduling, and coordinating with the safety team.

Responsibilities also cover managing work orders, documentation, and billing from start to finish, while promoting safety, quality, and teamwork across the site and with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus five years in a commercial roofing environment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Excellent communication skills; able to interact with clients, employees, and leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to read/interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local operation with a team of roofers and foremen; promote core values.
• Sell work and grow branch operations while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Estimate work and perform job cost analysis; oversee scheduling, paperwork, and billing from PO to completion.
• Maintain dispatch board in the field management system and ensure work orders close within 30 days.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety policies are followed; manage safety plans on jobsites.
