The Sr. Client Manager, Commercial Risk coordinates carrier relationships, leads the service team on large accounts, and develops initial placement/renewal strategies to best meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional designation pursued
• 10+ years' experience in Commercial Account Management required; 10+ years preferred
• Licenses: maintain required licenses or obtain within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain commercial carrier relationships
• Marketing activities for large accounts as assigned
• Prepare risk maps or peer reviews for assigned accounts
• Coordinate service delivery including initial placement/renewal strategy
• Complete special projects and process improvements
• Mentor new colleagues when requested
