Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance, or related field; professional insurance designation preferred.
• Current state license required (Property & Casualty).
• 2–4+ years of commercial insurance and account management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver presentations to decision-makers and clients.
• Foundational understanding of commercial insurance processes and renewal workflows.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams or third-party partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact and communicate expectations, updates, and recommendations.
• Assess client needs and develop tailored coverage solutions, evaluating existing programs for enhancements.
• Lead renewal processes by preparing, analyzing, and presenting coverage options, benchmarking, and loss experience.
• Manage the client service calendar, onboarding, renewals, policy issuance, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and oversee related documentation.
• Liaise with carriers and vendors to negotiate contracts and manage policy activity for timely delivery.
• Oversee new client onboarding in alignment with the Peace of Mind process, including C-suite engagement.
• Develop client-facing communications and risk reports; coordinate renewal meetings.
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all interactions; escalate issues when needed.
