Globalchannelmanagement is seeking a Commercial Restoration Project Manager in Michigan to lead large-scale reconstruction and repair of commercial properties after fire, water, wind and storm damage. You will manage projects from loss to completion, balancing construction management with insurance claim work.

You will build budgets, create schedules, coordinate subcontractors and field crews, and work with estimators and insurance adjusters to ensure repairs align with the approved scope while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial project management experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with Xactimate.
• Expert-level Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software; construction management platforms.
• Proven experience estimating and managing large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance restoration process.
