Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR in Warren, OH seeks a Commercial/Large Loss Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial projects, build relationships with insurers, and secure future work. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors and in-house staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in water/fire reconstruction project management, experience with large losses, NTE/ROM bidding, and strong communication. Travel may be required as part of regional duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in water, fire and reconstruction.
• Experience managing losses of $500K+.
• Experience with NTE and ROM bidding.
• Existing book of business preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial construction and current building codes.
• IICRC and OSHA certifications (10 Hour / 30 Hour) strongly preferred.
• Occasional regional or national travel may be required.
• Strong estimating skills with Xactimate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with technology (mobile devices, computers, etc.).
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a book of business with insurers, property managers, and insureds.
• Respond to commercial losses and secure replacement work.
• Serve as primary contact with owners, adjusters, and consultants.
• Scope development, negotiation and agreements with customers and insurers.
• Oversee projects from start to finish with in-house labor and subcontractors.
• Manage multiple crews across several projects concurrently.
• Create and manage job schedules and daily time sheets.
• Submit progress billing and ensure safety protocols on site.
• Provide regular updates to owners, adjusters, and management.
• Travel regionally as needed.
