Onsite Solutions in Livonia, MI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial insurance restoration projects from start to finish. You will manage budgets, timelines, and client communications to ensure quality workmanship and timely handoffs.

The role requires strong leadership and a construction background, with opportunities to build lasting client relationships and advance your career within a fast-growing company. A valid driver's license is required.

Formación

• 3+ years of project management experience in insurance restoration or residential/commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes and restoration practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from beginning through completion.
• Coordinate all phases of construction, including scheduling, materials, subcontractors, inspections, and final walkthroughs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, commercial clients, property managers, and insurance representatives.
• Conduct project site visits to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and adherence to schedules.
• Manage budgets, change orders, and project profitability.
• Review project scopes and collaborate with estimators to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Coordinate demolition, reconstruction, and specialty trades.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, daily logs, and communication records.
• Resolve jobsite challenges quickly while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
• Perform final inspections and obtain customer sign-off upon project completion.
