Job summary

Confidential Recruiting Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial restoration and reconstruction projects resulting from fire, water, and other property-loss events. Responsibilities include scope-through-closeout, schedule and budget management, and coordination with insurers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial project management, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project and construction platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial project management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience estimating and managing project budgets.
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Experience using construction management platforms and project tracking systems.
• Experience managing large commercial restoration, reconstruction, or repair projects.
• Strong understanding of insurance restoration processes and claim-related execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams; manage communication with owners and facilities reps.
