Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Service Specialist II to serve as the primary contact for assigned Commercial customers and Relationship Managers. You will support onboarding, manage complex deposit and loan accounts, and help deepen relationships with a focus on high service standards.

In this role, you will collaborate with Deal Teams, ensure adherence to bank policies, and provide forward-thinking solutions for large and diverse commercial portfolios.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years in commercial banking with deposits, loans, treasury management, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• First-line decision maker resolving issues while keeping the Deal Team informed.
• Manage onboarding, commercial deposits and loan accounts end-to-end.
• Provide specialized product knowledge to grow relationships (Escrow, Deposit Accounts, etc.).
• Represent Huntington with professional, discreet communications and proactive solutions.
