Job summary

First Interstate Bank in Bozeman, MT seeks a Commercial Relationship Manager II to oversee a portfolio of large clients, with loans greater than $50MM up to $100MM, and manage at least 35 relationships generating significant revenue.

You will build strategic partnerships, grow new business, and drive profitable revenue while ensuring credit quality and compliance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/finance or related field.
• 7–9 years in commercial lending or credit underwriting.
• Completion of formal Credit Analyst training required.
• Experience in asset-based lending, capital structure finance, and trade finance.

Responsibilities

• Achieves annual production and growth goals for loan, deposits and fees to ensure financial targets are met.
• Initiates and develops new business through outside development activities.
• Maintains contact with new clients to enhance their experience with First Interstate Bank.
• Assesses client needs via review of financial data and relationship reviews.
