Job summary

First Interstate Bank in Clive, IA is seeking a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to oversee a loan portfolio over $100MM and manage at least 35 bank relationships. You will develop and grow business, build strong client partnerships, and drive profitable revenue while ensuring credit quality.

You will lead a cross-functional team, analyze financials, and maintain knowledge of banking products to meet clients’ objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Outlook.
• Advanced credit analysis and underwriting skills including financial statement and cash flow analysis.
• Experience building and managing relationships with complex commercial clients.

• Achieve annual production and growth goals for loan, deposits, and fees.
• Develop new business and maintain client relationships across a portfolio.
