Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of lending experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Reach and maintain target portfolio size within specified time frame.
• Call prospects who are potentially profitable to the bank.
• Maintain the best interest of both bank and customers in all matters.
• Coordinate with Concurrence and Small Business Loan Center for loan requests.
• Monitor loan portfolio for deterioration in repayment ability.
• Advise and train junior relationship managers on customer service.
