• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops new commercial banking business prospects per plan.
• Retains and deepens customer relationships, delivering excellent service.
• Manages loan portfolio of $25M–$54M and generates $12–18M annual gross production.
• Cross-sell and refer clients to bank partners for more complex needs.
• Oversees loan packages for approval and supports credit process.
• Ensures compliance with federal banking laws and internal policies.
• Manages hiring, coaching, and performance of reporting staff.
