Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a seasoned banking professional to manage commercial and small business client relationships in the Dallas area. You will evaluate credit needs, structure solutions, and drive revenue through cross-selling while maintaining credit discipline.

The role requires strong relationship-building, a proactive sales mindset, and fluency in English (Spanish preferred). Travel and client-facing leadership will be routine in this high-impact position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial or small business banking (relationship management, credit analysis, or lending).
• Minimum 2 years in a client-facing relationship management role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, cross-selling, or retention targets.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and conducts in-person or virtual meetings with clients at least quarterly.
• Remembers key details about client business and personal interests; personalizes interactions accordingly.
• Resolves disputes or concerns by listening first and finding win-win solutions.
• Builds internal advocates by being responsive to credit and operations teams.
• Extracts key financial ratios and interprets trends from balance sheets and P&Ls.
• Documents opportunities in CRM and follows up within timely and accurate manner.
• Prepares concise product proposals tailored to individual client situations.
• Achieves annual targets for loan originations, deposit growth, and revenue per relationship.
