• Knowledge of lending activities, structures and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Solicits, negotiates, underwrites, and coordinates complex loans.
• Develops business checking and deposit relationships with customers.
• Prequalifies and analyzes financial condition and risk of financing requests.
• Negotiates, underwrites and processes renewals of credit facilities.
• Represents Bank in community activities and supports sales goals.
• Ensures compliance with BSA, CIP and OFAC policies and lending procedures.
