Job summary

Trustmark National Bank in Houston/Greater Houston area seeks a Commercial Relationship Manager I/II/III to manage loan portfolios and develop client relationships. You will perform underwriting, risk analysis, and documentation while driving new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years proven and progressive commercial lending/credit experience or equivalent.
• Experience with real estate or commercial lending risk analysis.
• Understanding of lending and credit approval process and bank policies/regulations.
• Sales principles knowledge.
• Credit analysis practices and procedures knowledge.
• Familiarity with financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Practice commercial loan portfolio management including project analysis, loan underwriting, risk analysis, and loan documentation.
• Perform business development activities through calls to customers and prospects to meet new business goals.
• Provide high level customer service to existing clients, identify cross-sell opportunities, and build relationships.
• Maintain professional community relations to increase bank visibility and opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
