Trustmark is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager I/II/III in the Greater Houston area to manage loan portfolios, prepare packages, perform property inspections and build client relationships while advancing departmental goals. The role evolves with the level and includes underwriting, risk analysis and guidance to less experienced managers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of commercial lending/credit experience; more at higher levels.
• Strong knowledge of lending processes, risk analysis and bank policies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial loan portfolio, including underwriting, risk analysis and risk rating.
• Prepare loan packages and ensure proper documentation and closing.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to support cross-sell opportunities.
• Support business development through calls to customers and prospects.
• Provide high level customer service to existing clients and foster professional relationships.
