Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a sales environment; experience in financial industry preferred.
• SIE, 6, 63 and insurance licenses required; Series 65 must be obtained within 90 days for external hires.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a revenue-producing book of business in the mass affluent segment.
• Professional image and ability to present to customers in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Execute on retail strategies to grow the Preferred Program households and meet goals.
• Build deep relationships with customers to earn trusted-advisor status.
• Demonstrate ability to simplify and communicate complex financial concepts.
• Support the referral/sales process with the financial center team for Preferred customers.
• Maintain knowledge of the full line of products and services and stay up-to-date.
