• Ensure the overall relationship is managed to the highest profit potential for the bank.
• Identify and facilitate to businesses that do not maintain their primary banking relationship with Fifth Third, all the bank's services to move the primary relationship to Fifth Third.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Meet or exceed goals stated in compensation plan document.
• Monitor information concerning customer performance and industry to determine loan risk.
• Ensure proper reporting, documentation, and review to determine loan risk.
