• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in commercial banking with emphasis on lending and relationship management.

• Proven ability to build COI networks and generate new business via referrals.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a portfolio of commercial relationships with loan, deposit, and treasury solutions.
• Prospects new business through referrals, COIs, networking, and outreach.
• Builds a robust Centers of Influence network (CPAs, attorneys, realtors, brokers, community leaders).
• Serves as trusted advisor, understanding client goals and providing strategic financial solutions.
• Prepares loan submissions and coordinates with underwriting and loan committee.
