Qualifications

• 5+ years banking/finance/sales experience.
• Credit analysis experience required.
• Strong communication and analytic skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and loans via referrals, calls, and community involvement.
• Analyze financial data, structure and negotiate credit transactions, manage credit risk.
• Servicing existing relationships to maximize profitability.
• Pursue loan repayment and contact past-due borrowers.
• Detect problem loans early and report to management.
• Support leadership and other lines of business as needed.
