Genesis Bank in Beverly Hills seeks a senior relationship manager to drive commercial lending growth. You will develop and maintain strategic client relationships, outboard new business opportunities, and coordinate cross-sell of banking products across lines of business.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial lending, strong communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach in a fast-paced banking environment in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/business or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or business lending.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships to drive new business and referrals.
• Engage with clients, prospects, and referral sources to generate opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions; advise on a broad range of financial products.
• Understand and apply the bank's credit policy to loan submissions and underwriting.
