Job summary

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and coordinate with attorneys and title company representatives during financing and closing, while managing a loan portfolio and ensuring compliance with applicable policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five to seven years of experience in commercial real estate loan administration.

Responsibilities

• Review and/or negotiate commercial real estate loan documents for accuracy and risk.
• Protect the bank’s interests throughout the lending process.
• Manage a loan portfolio from approval to payoff or maturity.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, customers, attorneys, and title company reps during financing and closing.
