Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a professional to review and negotiate Commercial Real Estate loan documents, protecting the bank’s interests while managing a loan portfolio from approval to payoff or maturity.

The role collaborates with Relationship Managers, attorneys, construction consultants, and title company representatives throughout all financing and closing steps, including construction and term loans and various secured borrowings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 3–5 years of CRE loan administration, or 7+ years transferable experience in commercial loan administration.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate Commercial Real Estate loan documents to protect the bank’s interests.
• Manage a loan portfolio from approval to payoff or maturity, including construction and term loans.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, attorneys, construction consultants, and title company reps through all financing and closing phases.
