U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced CRE Loan Administrator to review and negotiate complex CRE loan documents and manage a diverse portfolio from approval to payoff or maturity.

The role requires five to seven years of CRE loan administration experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and notary commission capability. You will join a Deal Team delivering high-quality service to clients nationwide.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must be commissioned as a Notary Public.
• Five to seven or more years of CRE loan administration experience.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing and/or negotiating Commercial Real Estate loan documents while protecting the bank's interests.
• Provide management of a loan portfolio from approval until pay-off or maturity.
• Serve as an integral member of the Deal Team with a high level of customer service.
