Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of CRE loan administration experience, or 7+ years transferable experience in commercial loan administration.
• Notary Public commissioning ability or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate CRE loan documents while protecting the bank’s interests.
• Manage a CRE loan portfolio from approval to payoff or maturity.
• Partner with Relationship Managers as the primary liaison with customers, attorneys, construction consultants and title company representatives.
