Job summary

Hancock Whitney in Orlando is looking for aExperienced CRE Relationship Manager to retain and expand existing client relationships and to develop new commercial real estate loan opportunities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Formal credit training. At least seven to ten years of commercial real estate lending experience including management of a commercial loan portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manages accounts that are highly complex, specialized, unique, sensitive, and high profile; identifies client needs and offers appropriate bank products and services.
• Typically negotiates within established guidelines, credit pricing, terms and structure.
• Develops and executes a business development plan to achieve goals and objectives; implements a disciplined contact schedule to promote client satisfaction.
• Cultivates prospects independently through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Participates in all stages of loan origination: deal setup, decisioning, and closing with Portfolio Manager/Underwriter and Outside Counsel.
• Participates in Credit Underwriting to design the best banking relationship meeting customer objectives.
• Keeps abreast of industry changes and bank pricing parameters; shares knowledge with team.
• Represents the bank in civic and industry functions to develop new business.
