Sands Investment Group (SIG) seeks a high-performing Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join our team. This 100% commission-based role is designed for entrepreneurial professionals who want to scale a multimillion-dollar brokerage business.
Top performers are earning 300K-1M+ annually, with access to SIG's national inventory and full marketing support. You will lead lead generation, manage the full deal pipeline, and collaborate with teammates to close opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in commercial real estate or investment sales.
- Licensed Real Estate Agent or actively pursuing licensing.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, data tools, and financial analysis.
- Collaborative, coachable, communicative, and consistent.
Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation and nurture relationships with investors and property owners.
- Oversee full deal pipeline: listings, marketing, negotiations, LOIs, PSAs, due diligence, and closings.
- Collaborate with team and marketing staff to bring deals to market.
- Produce Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), pull comps, and pitch opportunities.
- Own key accounts and client relationships within product specialization.
