Job summary

Sands Investment Group (SIG) is hiring a VP Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join our Chicago team. This is a commission-based opportunity designed for entrepreneurial professionals who want to scale a multimillion-dollar brokerage business.

Top performers are earning 300K-1M+ annually, with access to SIG’s national inventory, CRM, and marketing systems. You will drive leads, manage deals, and grow client relationships in the Chicago market.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate agent or actively pursuing licensing.
• Demonstrated closing success or strong production background.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation and nurture relationships with investors and property owners.
• Oversee full deal pipeline: listings, marketing, negotiations, LOIs, PSAs, due diligence and closings.
• Collaborate with marketing staff to bring deals to market.
• Produce Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), pull comps, and pitch opportunities.
