Job summary

Farbman Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial property portfolio. You will manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.

You will develop budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports while coordinating with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, lease administration, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Exceptional organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Must hold a valid Indiana Real Estate License.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.
• Develop and implement property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and repairs are completed promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns professionally and promptly.
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and compliance with lease terms.
• Assist in marketing vacancies and attracting new tenants.
