Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of applicable industrial, office, and retail property regulations.
• Understanding of safety, risk management, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to plan and manage projects within budget and timelines.
• Strong customer service and diplomatic communication with tenants.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular property inspections (QA) weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Maintain building systems and supervise repairs.
• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple properties, incl. emergencies.
• Support leasing representatives to keep occupancy high and tenant retention.
• Communicate clearly with tenants during tenancy and resolve issues.
• Read and interpret leases and vendor service agreements.
• Administer rent collection and follow up on delinquencies.
• Enforce lease terms, rental agreements, and building rules.
• Report financial and operational metrics to leadership.
• Manage operating expenses and analyze budgets, variances.
