Job summary

HPI Real Estate Services and Investments in Dallas seeks a Commercial Property Manager to oversee class A properties, coordinating with owners, leasing and accounting teams to meet financial and operational goals.

You will conduct weekly tours, manage maintenance, and ensure compliance with management agreements, vendor contracts, and insurance requirements. A Texas Real Estate License and 5+ years in CRE PM are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate property management.
• Texas Real Estate License required.
• Strong financial reporting and budgeting knowledge.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage class A commercial properties in line with owner goals.
• Conduct weekly/monthly property tours and inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and staff.
• Oversee rent rolls, reconciliations, and collections with AR/AP teams.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain after-hours protocols.
