Carvana is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join our Tempe, AZ headquarters to oversee a growing portfolio of commercial properties and handle lease administration with precision.

You will work closely with Legal, Accounting, Insurance, Facilities and Construction to ensure accurate reporting and timely payments while leveraging AI tools to streamline processes. 8+ years of experience and a strong understanding of lease obligations are preferred.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in commercial property management or commercial lease administration.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Strong comprehension of commercial lease/purchase language, with ability to interpret provisions and identify obligations, rights, and risks.
• Experience with CAM reconciliation, estoppels, SNDAs, and certificates of insurance.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Perform commercial lease abstraction and ensure data integrity of lease documents.
• Audit lease information to ensure key deadlines are met and reflected in reports.
• Communicate with landlords and manage escalations.
• Interpret lease terms for internal teams to understand obligations.
• Prepare and deliver operational and financial reports to stakeholders.
• Draft and review standard landlord-tenant notices and communications.
