Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive commercial property management experience.
• Experience managing tenants, vendors, contractors, and employees.
• Strong financial acumen to read, understand, and analyze balance sheets, operating statements, budgets, rent rolls, and variance reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead management, performance, and growth of a 1.3 million square foot portfolio.
• Balance strategic portfolio oversight with day-to-day property operations and tenant relations.
• Oversee budgeting, capital planning, leasing coordination, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure timely reporting to ownership and compliance with budgets and management agreements.
• Develop employees, manage costs, and deliver measurable results for ownership.
