Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects in the Columbus area.

You will lead projects from site setup to close-out as part of an ESOP-owned firm, juggling multiple assignments while maintaining client and stakeholder relationships. The role requires at least 5 years in construction with PM experience and a 4-year degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience with commercial PM roles.
• A 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and hands-on PM experience.
• Portfolio of commercial projects must be submitted with your application.
• Proficiency in Word/Excel; ability to quickly learn Procore.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful, cost-effective execution of commercial developments while managing multiple projects.
• Direct and train on-site personnel, manage daily performance, and resolve on-site issues.
• Serve as primary point of contact with owners, design professionals, staff, subcontractors, regulators, and trades.
• Act as a dedicated client sponsor to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
