Job summary

American National Insulation is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead commercial and multifamily projects, working with architects, owners and general contractors to optimize design, manage procurement, and drive value engineering while maintaining budget objectives.

You will prepare estimates, create CAD drawings, coordinate with sales, and generate take-offs and schedule of values, ensuring accurate data and timely invoicing.

• Strong mathematical and numerical analysis for estimates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material and labor cost, direct margins and scope verification.
• Manage commercial and multifamily projects with architects and contractors.

• Provide change orders estimates and respond to questions.
