Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction, strong math skills, and proficiency with CAD and Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience in construction industry.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Experience with quoting and estimating is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material and labor cost estimates and margin expectations.
• Direct margin expectations and confirm specifications and work scope.
• Manage commercial and multifamily projects with architects and contractors.
• Create CAD drawings of proposed designs and verify quantities.
• Provide change order estimates and respond to design questions.
