Job summary

American National Insulation is seeking a Commercial Project Manager in Sumner, WA. You will prepare material and labor cost estimates, manage commercial and multifamily projects, and coordinate with architects, owners and general contractors. You’ll create CAD drawings, verify quantities, and work with the sales team to finalize designs and take-offs. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required. Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license for company travel.
• 3+ years of construction industry experience.
• Prior quote/estimate creation experience preferred.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material and labor cost estimates and confirm project scope.
• Manage commercial and multifamily projects with architects, owners and GC.
• Create CAD drawings and generate project estimates.
• Coordinate with sales team on design and take-offs.
• Process change orders and assist with invoicing milestones.
