American National Insulation is seeking a Commercial Project Manager in Sparks, NV. You will prepare cost estimates, coordinate with architects and general contractors, and drive project profits while ensuring design specs are met.

The role involves CAD drafting, procurement, site visits, and collaboration with the sales team to tailor configurations and estimates for multifamily and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction industry experience.
• Experience creating quotes and estimates.
• Ability to read specifications and coordinate with architects/GCs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material and labor costs, direct margins, confirm specs and scope.
• Manage commercial and multifamily projects with architects/owners/GCs.
• Procure and sequence work; perform site visits and value schedules for revenue.
• Collaborate with sales to design configurations and generate estimates.
• Create CAD drawings of proposed designs and verify quantities.
• Modify estimates per customer or sales requests.
• Provide change order estimates and respond to questions from customers/sales.
