Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, create, and complete entire project estimates for commercial projects.
• Perform detailed on-screen takeoffs and develop preconstruction schedules.
• Formulate VE ideas and calculate costs.
• Manage subcontractor bid lists and drive bids.
• Build relationships with Owners and Architects and present cost information to clients.
