Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial projects.
• Experience leading full preconstruction and estimation processes.
• Ability to present cost information to clients clearly.
• Strong relationships with Owners and Architects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, create, and complete entire project estimates.
• Perform detailed On-Screen Takeoffs.
• Develop preliminary preconstruction schedules.
• Formulate VE ideas and calculate costs.
• Research specified materials and viable alternatives.
• Review and correct estimates prepared by the team.
• Manage project staffing and General Condition requirements.
• Maintain expert knowledge of current market and unit pricing.
• Build and manage Subcontractor Bid Lists.
• Drive subcontractors to bid and analyze incoming bids.
• Present cost information to clients confidently.
