• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field required.
• Strong background in credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with RMs and leadership to originate, monitor, and grow Wholesale Banking relationships.
• Perform due diligence, credit analysis, underwriting, and risk ratings for new and existing loans.
• Monitor portfolios for credit policy adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Document and track loan agreements; prepare reviews and update risk ratings.
• Coordinate with internal partners and external counsel on loan documentation as needed.
• Assist in presenting credit requests to leadership and committees.
• Support client servicing activities and cross-sell opportunities.
