Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Four-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field; Graduation from a recognized school of banking is an asset or equivalent experience
• Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in credit analysis, commercial banking, business banking with at least 2 years of specific portfolio management and/or underwriting experience supporting Middle Market
• Knowledge: Knowledge in accounting and lending principles, and excellent oral and written communication; knowledge of Federal and State lending regulations and Bank policies

Responsibilities

• Analyzes financial information to evaluate the credit worthiness of new loan requests, renewal loan requests and on-going Portfolio Management activities
• Compiles commercial loan packages (non BL and BLE) with a written credit memo and background information on the Customer, financial analysis, risk grading and recommendations
• Guides the loan request through the Credit Approval Process and ensures structure meets client needs and Bank objectives
