Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years in credit analysis and commercial banking, with 2+ years in portfolio management or underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State lending regulations and bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information to evaluate creditworthiness of loan requests.
• Prepare complete commercial loan packages with memos and cash flow analyses.
• Guide loan requests through Credit Approval processes.
• Monitor large commercial loan portfolios and perform covenant testing.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Credit Administrators.
