Job summary

Ratcliff Constructors, LP (RCLP) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Addison, Texas from preconstruction to closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, client experience, and overall project performance while collaborating with the Superintendent and project team to anticipate challenges and uphold safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in commercial construction, including two years in a PM role, and are

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in commercial construction
• At least two years in a Project Manager role
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, client relationships, and subcontractor performance

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Own project budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, and overall financial performance
• Manage project buyout, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change orders
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, document control, and closeout requirements
• Identify project risks early and develop solutions
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and trade partners
• Partner with the Superintendent to align field execution with project expectations
• Lead owner, architect, and contractor meetings with confidence and professionalism
• Provide direction and support to Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
