Job summary

FCL Builders in Arlington, TX seeks a Project Manager to lead industrial and commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and on-budget performance. You will guide teams and coordinate with owners, subs, and design professionals.

This full-time role requires a 5+ year PM background, a degree in construction or related field (or equivalent experience), and strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract-reading skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction management experience.
• 5+ years leading industrial/commercial projects ($5M-$30M+).
• Strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, specs, and safety.
• Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communicator and collaborative team player.
• Proficient with MS Project, CMiC, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, scopes, and logistics.
• Lead preconstruction meetings with subs and design teams.
• Manage subcontractor buyout and scope development.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and design docs.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and forecasts.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.
